Throughout his career, Scott has gained extensive experience in various roles. He has worked in his family's restaurant, contributed to the early success of several start-up companies, and managed three remote in-field sales teams. Additionally, he has collaborated with over 3,000 restaurants and numerous small to medium-sized businesses. In 2014, Scott founded Expand Your Brand (EYB), and under his leadership, the company achieved the highest growth percentage among 700 affiliate companies in 2019. Scott is passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
From early on in his career, Mark has always been the idea guy. He managed his family's restaurant and specialty goods store for over 20 years. He was instrumental in finding new and creative products to sell their customers. Since starting with Expand Your Brand in 2014 his main responsibility is sourcing new product ideas for customers when new products hit the market Mark is the first one to get samples, try them out, and then suggest industries that could use them. Mark graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing.
Gary Goodhart, MAS is our Director of Business Development. He joined Expand Your Brand in 2018. His tenure in the industry spans over 15+ years, working on both the supplier and distributor sides of the promotional product and marketing industry. Gary assists in developing a business model that will further strengthen our Vertical Markets, our presence in the industry, and achieve our goals. His knowledge of the inner workings of suppliers is an asset to Expand Your Brand, getting the most out of suppliers and therefore benefiting our clients. Gary graduated from Roger Williams University with a dual bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing.
Nicki Staats is our Director of Merchandising and joined Expand Your Brand in 2022. Nicki has been working in the promotional products industry for the past 18 years. Prior to taking on this role. Nicki was the Global Vendor and Compliance Manager for top industry providers. In these previous roles Nicki was an integral part of developing unique marketing and vendor management programs, tools and services. Nicki spends time researching the retail and market trends so that she can better equip herself to respond to corporate marketing needs and find ways to adapt them to all business settings. In addition to this research she spends a considerable amount of team learning about the services, techniques and products available from our vendor network. Nicki graduated from Rockford University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Art History.
Nicole has been in the Promotional Industry since 2014 and has over 20 years in Customer Service. In her previous role at a promotional supplier she managed the relationship with top key accounts. She joined the EYB team in 2021. Her primary responsibilities are Order Support, Client Relationships, Marketing and Outreach. We are excited to bring her onto the team and to continue to support the growth of EYB
Margo joined Expand Your Brand in 2020. She has 8 years experience before coming to EYB. She loves recreating logos to be print ready, creating new logos, designing slide decks, gig posters, social media graphics, brand identity, marketing collateral, murals, merchandise, and more. Margo has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design Communication
Asher joined EYB in 2020. Asher is extremely detail-oriented when it comes to design and art. Asher has a degree in Bachelor of Art with a concentration in New Media from Pennsylvania State University Abington.
Shelly joined Expand Your Brand in 2022, She has 23+ years of Creating artwork for screen printing, Embroidery and Promotional items. Using programs such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw. She has managed multiple screen print and embroidery shops taking product from start to finish even participating in the production of all processes. Customer service for over 30 years. Married to my husband, for 35 yrs. Mother of 3, Nonny to 6 beautiful grandchildren.
